Crater lake National Park is an amazing road to travel by sports car or motorcycle. The best way to travel there from Interstate 5 is via Route 138. OR-138 traverses along the Umpqua River, and driving east will lead to the Volcanic Legacy Scenic Byway to Crater Lake National Park, making it one of the best motorcycle roads in Oregon. The loop around the Volcanic Legacy Scenic Byway is a fun driving road in Oregon which features tremendous views of the natural wonder that is Crater Lake. The crystal clear lake is nearly 2,000 feet deep, and you really have to see it with your own eyes to fully appreciate it. Time your drive wisely, though, because there can be heavy snow on the sides of the road even in early summer.

The west coast offers some of the most spectacular scenery from your sports car in America. While the Pacific Coast Highway gets most of the praise for scenic driving, US-101 is an exceptionally good driving road in Oregon as well. Up here US-101 gets a new name: The Oregon Coast Highway. This is a fun ride drive to do by sports car and convertibles, as the tremendous ocean scenery continues here for miles and miles. There's beautiful beaches to drive along, as well as Pacific views from high above on US-101. The diversity is extraordinary because the Oregon Coast Hwy also features a drive through the heavily forested evergreens. Overall, it's a great curvy road with awesome views!
