The Lowman Loop is a favorite ride for local motorcyclists and sports car drivers alike. 

This 150 mile loop drive  takes you through the Boise National Forest. From Boise, the drive can be started going north on Hwy 21 past the Lucky Peak Reservoir. Passing Idaho City the ride takes you over the mountain and on to Lowman. The road climbs and dips in elevation, which makes it a perfect drive for sports cars and Polaris Slingshots. As far as scenery, you'll drive with views of canyons and valleys. The loop can be closed by heading back to Garden Valley and Banks, and then south again towards Boise on ID-55.
